The choice within the menu is limited but the standard is great. A plus issue for me was which you can explore the kitchen and see the cooks Prepare dinner. I discovered it fairly entertaining. The vast majority of cutlery were vintage Norwegian style from Skaugum and Hardangerbestikk. Great deta
